We ship across Canada. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delayed beyond the estimated window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@ludosphere.ca and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Ludofab is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
