Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little one to love every Ludofab product. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@ludosphere.ca with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the same return process above and indicate the item you’d like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability.
